This is an exquisite and immaculate family-friendly East Hollywood home. Located just one block from the intercoastal and a 5-minute bike ride to the beach, with all of its fine dining and oceanfront boardwalk. The interior features high-end, furnishings & appliances, relax in the backyard with a heated saltwater pool, grill, and cosy lighting. Do not make a booking request, inquiry only.* We only wish to rent our property to families who treat our house like it was their mother’s home and do not cause ANY disturbance to our (very concerned) neighbours.*

It is a luxury family house in a very nice, save, upscale RESIDENTIAL neighbourhood.

This part of East Hollywood is by far the nicest, and closest to the bridge to get to the ocean. You are enclosed by beautiful multi-million dollar homes and lush greenery and towering Royal Palms. Your vacation home is just 1 block from the intercoastal and you can literally smell the fresh ocean breeze from the private pool deck. This house is much appreciated for its oversized enclosed backyard, ideal for little (well behaved) dogs.

You will find everything you need for a nice comfortable stay in all of our properties ask us what else we have! We own and operate all our properties ourselves.

This property has 3 bedrooms, and 5 queen or king size beds, equipped with (very) high-end mattresses. If you have back pain, no worries! You will have a work station, 200MB per second High-speed internet with an Eero Mesh Network, which guarantees good reception anywhere on the premises and backyard. The TV has services such as YouTube TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney, etc. You will be able to watch “The Game”. There is an Alexa controlled sound system with 5 speakers. The toilets are equipped with bidets (so nice!), there is a clean water filter, regular and Nespresso coffee maker, milk frother, ice maker, toaster, microwave, blender, barbecue, hairdryer, washer/dryer, iron/iron board, pool gate, cribs, kids toys, high chairs, beach chairs, beach towels, games, bicycles with locks etc. etc. etc.

Expect everything you’d wish to be your own beach home.

We will have beers and bubbles for you to enjoy when you enter. You will not miss a thing!

The city of Hollywood had a free shuttle service called SunShuttle (The app is called Circuit), and they will pick you up from the house in a golf cart and bring you to your favourite restaurant or the beach for FREE, or you can ride the bikes there in less than 5 min. By foot it’s probably close to 15 min walk, but boy is it a nice walk along the inter-coastal.

All condiments and open packages in the house are free to use but this is obviously at your own risk.

We prefer to only rent to families who come to enjoy a vacation in peace, or people we reasonably expect not to cause any disturbance to the neighbourhood. Without reviews from another host, we may not accept your booking. We don’t like to host heavy drinking / staying up all night/party guest, because we care about our neighbors wellbeing very much, so if that is your plan, please find another property, we won’t make a good match.

Our house rules are based on common sense, but pretty strict, so please read the rules before making a booking request. No noise in back yard, no parties, no more than 3 cars, and pool closed after 11 pm.

Getting around

The house has enough parking upfront for 2 cars. In the back, you can park one more vehicle. Valet Parking on the beach at any of the restaurants is $ 4 for the whole day. There is also street parking and a public parking garage just over the bridge for $ 1.50 per hour. There is an app you can download to pay for parking. Its called PayByPhone. The beach is within walking distance, but there are also a few bikes with locks on the property. Please do not leave the bikes unattended. The city of Hollywood also provides FREE pick up and drop off Golf Cart service. Download the Circuit app.

Refundable Damage Deposit
Security Deposits are released after the cleaning crew has inspected the property. Aside from normal wear and tear, damages will be withheld from your deposit. When an accident occurs, please let us know, so we can work out a solution that works for both parties. There are fees that we will withhold in case they occur: Unregistered guest in the house $ 250 per guest. This is to discourage parties. Smoking in the house $ 500.

Cancellation Policy
100% refundable within 48 hours of booking. 50% refundable until 20 days before your booking. Cancellations within 20 days of booking are not refundable, however, if we book the property to someone else, we will accommodate a (partial) refund. Always get travel insurance, as we are also trying to run a business, and if our properties are vacant due to last-minute cancellations, we still have to pay our bills.
